					<description>Marvin - If what you want is the highest rate, then CDs are currently better than Savings Bonds. Savings Bonds do have features that CDs don't have which are more attractive to some investors than the higher rates. Do you recommend not to purchase after April due to low 1-2% base and come back after that base changes back to a higher rate if it will. I did buy a CD as you had mentioned in our last email because the rates were higher.Marvin Beitler</description>
