Susan Tompor clarifies I bond confusion

Yesterday Susan Tompor, financial columnist at the Detroit Free Press, did a nice job clarifying the situation with I bonds in her article, Check the rate before dumping your I Bonds.

What's most amazing is how many people are investing significant amounts of money in Series I Savings Bonds without any understanding of how they work.
