What will the November 1 rates be on Series I and EE Savings Bonds?

During their next six-month rate period, Series EE Savings Bonds will earn something near 3.25%, up from the current 2.84%.
The Series I Savings Bond inflation component will be 2.67%, up from the current 2.38%. The fixed base rate for I bonds will probably be unchanged from the current 1%.
FDIC Insured Certificates of Deposit can pay 1 or 2% more than savings bonds when held for a similar length of time. See top CD Rates Below:
